Shipping

Kita Dua ships worldwide from Bali, Indonesia.

Orders are shipped within 48 business hours of payment, unless an item is still in production: the planned shipping date is then shown on the product page.

Estimated delivery times after shipping

• DHL Express: 3 to 5 business days, worldwide

A signature is required on delivery. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country. They are shown before you confirm your order. Shipping is free to Asia, New Caledonia and French Polynesia.

Customs duties and taxes

Parcels ship from Indonesia, outside the European Union: customs duties and import taxes may apply in the destination country. They are not included in the price and are paid by the customer. They vary by country, so we cannot tell you the amount in advance.

Damaged or incomplete parcel

If possible, report it to the carrier on delivery, and email us at kitaduamc@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt, with photos. This deadline does not affect your statutory rights under our terms of sale.

Late delivery

If your order is not delivered within the stated time, or at the latest 30 days after the order, you may cancel the sale under Articles L216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
